Thanks for your building report of 8 April 2006. I note your telephone advice that subfloor ventilation, damp coursing and repairs to the roof structure support should be done over the next 3 years and that this will cost around $15,000. I’d really appreciate it if you can recommend some tradesmen for me to obtain quotes from. I also note your point re the step between the kitchen and laundry being a possible trip hazard. Is this difficult/ expensive to fix? Thanks for your help.
