If you are an Owner Builder, a defects inspection and report are required by the insurer, on completion of the works to help identify any major building defects.

How it Works

Our Home Owners Warranty Report will advise on the:

1. Quality of the work completed by an owner-builder.
2. Outstanding or incomplete work the builder needs to complete or rectify.
3. What certificates you should get from the various consultants and contractors.
4. A property can be sold with defects and/or an owner-builder can choose to repair and make good prior to settlement.

Minor defects are usually not recorded.
