The walls were noted to be damp when tested with our electronic moisture meter (Rising damp, later damp, plumbing & or drainage leaks).
Flashing is in poor condition at the chimney, Active water leakage noted.
Inactive termite nest (damaged timbers and/or termite workings) : Internally.
