All our inspections and reports are prepared in accordance with the requirements of Australian Standards AS-4349.1 2007 (Property Inspections residential buildings part 1), and Australian Standard AS4349.3 – 2010 Inspection of Buildings Part 3. Timber Pest Inspections). As you will appreciate these are industry standards.
