A Building completion report is similar to a pre-purchase building report but also contains current building code requirements and evaluates in detail all the finishes in the building. This inspection is for the clients purchasing a newly constructed property so as to identify general defects.
A final inspection will identify any incomplete work, defective work, poor workmanship, substandard installations and any other items that require resolving.
A dilapidation report is a provisional inspection, with photographs, of a building or property that is carried out prior to works beginning on an adjoining property.
