BUYER REPORT FEE – BALANCE PAYABLE
By ordering these reports for $150.00, you agree that, if you (or a person associated with you) buy this property, you will pay a Buyer Report Fee of $400.00. There is no additional fee if you do not buy the property.

Pre-sale inspection listed at the fee of $150.00 are subject to a BALANCE FEE is the reports are requested and paid for by the buyer of the property.
Pre-sale inspection listed at the fee of $295.00 are NOT subject to a BALANCE FEE.
Reports will not be discussed until such time that we have:

The only Person to whom we may be liable and to whom losses arising in contract or tort sustained may be payable by is the Client named on the face page of report No reports are discussed partly or in whole with any third partie(s).
