Pre-Purchase Building & Pest Reports

A pre-purchase inspection is conducted when a client has signed a contract and is subject to a cooling of period or would like to bid on a property at an upcoming auction where no reports are available on the particular property.

• Client can discuss inspections with our Accredited Inspectors on site
